Dragon Warrior IV Hero

The main character in any Dragon Quest title, the Hero is one of noble intentions whose goal is to restore peace to the world. The Hero is often, but not always, related to the legendary hero Erdrick (Loto in remakes), though the ties between the Hero and Erdrick aren't mentioned in the games following Dragon Warrior III. The Hero class is often considered to be the most well-rounded class available in the games, with the ability to equip most types of weapons and armor, as well as cast powerful magic spells like HealUsAll and Gigasword.
